{summer skin}

today, i feel, has been one of the warmest days of summer yet. no amount of air conditioning was enough to stop my skin from feeling like it was going to melt clean off my bones. so, what else to do then toss my hair up and wear a light and airy dress to repel the heat. i throw my hands up, surrendering to this hot hot heat. i'd rather embrace it than fight it, anyhow.

it's almost friday. :) i'd love to share my playlist from today with you. take some time, sit, and sip your favorite summer drink. just wind down with something pleasing to the ears.
